| so finally kicked off finals week today at midnight. got free krispy kreme donuts. i ate 5 of them. it was good time. i screamed so much, i kind of lost my voice. finals suck, they can burn and die. i cant wait till i get to go home for a week. and just be lazy.

so i heard that UCSD is having this concert which will feature Head Automatic. NEVER EVER heard of them. its next Friday. The event is called TGIO (i think it means Thank God It's Over because after all, it is the Friday of our tenth week.) hahhaha... so thinking about going to it. i dont know. hopefully it will be worth it.
so the movie 300. looks really interesting. THIS IS SPAAARRRRTTAAA awesome. probably go see it this weekend. looking forward to that as well.

| so i was watching Little Miss Sunshine yesterday and a thought came up to my mind. For those of you who watched it, remember the part where Olive is about to go up to the stage and do her dance? then Frank, Dwayne, and I think the father's name was Richard? anyways, they tell the mother that Olive is going to ridicule herself if she goes on the stage. so this question in my head popped up. What is a family suppose to do in a situation like this? The kid has been dreaming about this moment and has been practicing really hard for this competition but on the other hand, you want to save the kid from being ridiculed and from being booed from the crowd? i dont know, in that situation, personally, i would have kept her from going on that stage. i dont know why but if someone that i care for a lot gets made fun of, it just gets to me and makes me angry. hmmm.... but a part of me also tells me that i should just let the kid do her performance. may be giving the kid joy then disappointment is better? i dont know.. i guess its kind of tough to answer this question cuz we either havent been in this situation or because we dont have kids yet. hahaha... well... thats just what i wanted to say. after all... i decided to make xanga the place where i express my thoughts and feelings
